Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aperture, operated by Aperture Tools, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") at aperturetools.com. By creating an account or using Aperture, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aperture, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you will comply with them.

Description of Service

Aperture is a Solana trading analytics platform that allows users to connect wallet addresses and analyze trade history, profit and loss, and portfolio performance. A free tier provides access to paper trading simulation features. A paid Pro subscription unlocks advanced analytics, charting tools, and journal features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to notify us at support@aperturetools.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Aperture Pro is available as a monthly recurring subscription billed automatically through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain Pro access until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Some users may be granted access directly by the Aperture team outside of the standard billing flow. Access terms for these users are determined on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Aperture to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Scrape or extract platform data in any unauthorized automated manner
  • Submit data you do not have the right to submit
  • Interfere with the performance or integrity of the platform
  • Harass, defraud, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any prohibited conduct.
